This is a reminder that NJ employer unemployment rates are updated July 1 of each year and are now available on the myNewJersey website.  Please forward your new rates to your specialist as soon as possible so our system can be updated.

In the past, paper rate notices were sent to all New Jersey employers.  Beginning this year, rate notices will not be mailed to employers who have electronic access to a myNewJersey account.  If they haven’t already done so, NJ may send you an email with instructions on downloading your rates. 

If you already have an account, follow the log-in link below.  Select NJDOL Employer Applications under Labor Applications then under the Employer Access (TWES) heading select View Your Account.  Print the rate notice and forward to your payroll specialist.

If you don’t have an account but would like to access your new employer rates now, follow the Create a myNewJersey account link below.  Once you are registered, you will be able to link all your business accounts.  Follow the directions above to download your rates.

If we do not receive your new rates, we will continue to pull at the old employer rates until provided.  In early September, the State will send us a rate import file, but by that time much of the quarter is behind us and larger adjustments will need to be made.
