Pennsylvania has recently released the updated assigned state tax deposit frequencies to all PA employers. These deposit frequency notices are available through the employer’s PA state “mypath” account. It is important to note, the state no longer mails the notices to PA employers.
We please ask each PA Employer to retrieve your notice from the mypath site, and then forward your notice to your assigned account specialist to ensure we are depositing your tax payments in a timely manner. If we do not receive a frequency change notice for an account, there may be resulting penalties to the employer, which the employer will then be responsible for.
